Austrian Wine Evening: Bründlmayer

A one of a kind evening at Copilote to discover Austrian wines through one of the country’s great producers: Bründlmayer.

A true benchmark of Austrian wine, the estate is essential to understanding the full potential of Grüner Veltliner.

On the program: a five course tasting menu created for the occasion by the chef of Hélicoptère and Copilote, paired with five Bründlmayer cuvées — four Grüner Veltliner and one Zweigelt.

A rare chance to explore several expressions of Grüner Veltliner and to dive into the world of one of the great names in Austrian wine.

Please note: the event will begin at 6 p.m. sharp and end at 9 p.m. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate late arrivals.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. so you have time to enjoy an aperitif and settle in before dinner begins.

From 9 p.m., Copilote reopens to the public to keep the evening going.
